Gary’s career in the security industry began in 2007, joining the Vespasian Team as a Door Supervisor in 2017. From working at festivals to the response van, Gary’s experience within the company has supported him to his current role as a Door Supervisor Trainer at our sister company, Broadside Training.

Gary aims to utilise his role to improve the security industry by giving new recruits a greater depth of knowledge, something achieved easily after his 15 – year experience within the industry. By providing a better toolbox of skills to Door Supervisors when they first start, Gary hopes staff will feel better equipped within their career, reflecting in their work.

Becoming a licenced Door Supervisor Trainer in 2021, Gary gained his qualification with Vespasian at the training centre in which he now works!
