Heather joined Vespasian as Broadside’s Centre Manager following her role as Project Manager on our award-nominated Operation Transmission in 2019. Since, she has used her 20 years experience in event management to ensure our training courses are second to none. 

As Centre Manager, Heather is responsible for the coordination of courses, to make sure training always goes ahead seamlessly.

Liaising with learners, trainers and exam boards regularly, her Centre Manager position means Heather is immersed within education and continuously works to provide learners with the best resources to help them gain their new qualifications. As the main point of contact when it comes to training, she’s able to provide details and requirements on all courses from Door Supervision to Personal Licence Holding.

However Heather’s role within the training process starts far before the course begins, as she is also responsible for the marketing and promotion of the classes – often found on both Broadside and Vespasian social media!
